Mr. Arun Ahluwalia, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer

Retired as Corporate General Manager looking after recovery from PNB with over 38 years of banking experience. He also worked as a CEO of Everest Bank Limited, Nepal ( a joint venture bank) on deputation. He had been a Nominee director on the board of ARCIL.
He is also carrying a wide exposure in Credit, Recovery, Compliance and International Banking.

Shri Aneesh Goel, Non-Executive Director

He holds a degree of Bachelor of Commerce (double major in Marketing & Management) Curtin University, Singapore. He is a director of RKG Steel Pvt. Ltd., who is the Holding Co. of Prudent ARC Limited. Over the years, he has successfully resolved many stressed accounts.

Dr. Arun Gopal Agarwal, Independent Director

A doctoral degree holder, CS (CMA) having experience of 30 years in the field of solar power, automobile industry & hotel & Tourism Industry. He is also engaged in commercial arbitrations and practicing as Cost Auditor.

Shri Sanjay Aggarwal, Independent Director

Shri Sanjay Aggarwal has 38 years of experience in public sector banks (Allahabad Bank / Indian Bank) wherein he handled varied roles and responsibilities ranging from a Specialized Officer of agricultural finance to a Branch Head, Lead District Manager, Zonal Head & Field General Manager followed by roles as vertical head at Corporate Office for Recovery, Finance & Accounts (CFO) and lastly Credit Monitoring.

Shri Sudhir Kumar Aggarwal, Independent Director

Mr. Agarwal has done B. Com (Hon.), LLB, M.B.A, Chartered Accountancy, Forensic Auditor (FAFD) and is having wide working experience of more than 33 years as Practicing Chartered Accountant. He has Qualified Proficiency test for Independent Director. He is Director of Association of National Member of Stock Exchange of India, Mumbai and Former Director of Delhi and District Cricket Associations (DDCA) and DFC Limited (Delhi Stock Exchange). He was also Chairman of Association of National Member of Stock Exchange of India, Delhi. He was the Chairman, Vice Chairman and Secretary of NIRC of ICAI. He is also Member of important Committees of Central Council of ICAI.
